Nicoleta lives in Germany I understand. She has an amazing business and really has a role of being an intuitive guide; you know someone who can really mentor people intuitively through their lives using the work from Natural Success.

About Magnifico Guidance – what’s in a name.

Now the first thing I wanted to ask you about is the name of your business is quite intriguing. I really like it. It’s Magnifico Guidance.
So Nicoleta, what could you tell me about the name of your business?

Yes. Thank you so much for this question, because it really represents not only my business, but also myself, in the name.
The first letters magi is from magician. Or if you know the Jesus story, the magi who saw the star. So this is Romanian, but also from the Persian culture – they saw the star and they were guided by this star to go to Bethlehem. So that is the first part. This guidance which I offer is why that’s the first part.
Then you can see the Nico is my name. So Nico, Nicoleta and everyone, my friend and family call me Nico. I know in Germany this is a boys name. But for us in Romania it’s a girl’s name. So it’s OK. And you can always call me Nicole.
And then we have fi and that is to be in the Romanian language, because I come from Romani, and I live in Germany, as you said. So fi means to be and this is also my message, in my guiding coaching and facilitating, to be; to be amazing you.
So that’s why this name came to me like that. That’s my business. That’s my life. And guidance of course, because I am in service to the world and to the people to be a guide.

Beautiful. And notice that on your listing in Genius2U, you’ve actually even highlighted the letters to really make those words stand out.
So just by mentioning where you’re from and where you live, you obviously speak multiple languages. So that means that you can guide people in different languages.
So tell us, what languages do you speak and how that helps you with your business and your coaching.

Yeah. So this is also one thing that is important for me – that we really understand each other on a deeper level and that’s why my coaching can be held in three languages – English, German and also Romanian. I do speak more languages, but I’m not so fluent in them to really go into the grounding. For example, in Spanish or in Portuguese.
So these three languages that are, let’s say my mother languages, because I spoke them from the beginning.

So you are very fluent in those ones?

Yes, I use them.

Very good. So, talking about mother languages, obviously you have an interesting background as well. You started, it sounds like, in yoga, ayurvedic medicine or an ayurvedic approach.
So, how did that sort of come about? And then how did you get led into the Natural Success work?
Getting started with the Natural Success training

Yes, thank you so much because this all correlates together and also with my motto to see the person or the client I’m working with, or each person in general, like a holistic person. Because we are not only this what we see, we are far more than that and even more forces, let’s say, like this influence us. We know beliefs and so on.
How I started was 30 years ago in yoga. I started in meditation actually, to teach meditation. I studied Buddhism in school and after that I started to really practise yoga. But I had started yoga many, many years before that, and I was teaching yoga.
I was always an intuitive person. I was going always to classes, and although we were taught to have a written guidance in the class, and I could do it for an exam, but I always was open.
I went to the class and I felt the energy of the people. I didn’t know what I was doing like this intuitive force let’s say. I was already using it many years ago, but now after Natural Success I do it consciously. So that was a big change for me.
How I got to the Natural Success – it was so interesting because a friend of mine, she told me look at the Williams course, “It’s for you. It’s for you”.
I said no the first time because I didn’t understand. Yeah, I didn’t understand what it was about?
And then one month later, another friend came to me and she asked me “Can I do a meditation with you? I want to try something. Experiment if I can go to your Land of Plenty”?
I had no idea what the Land of Plenty was, but of course I said ok. Because she knew I’m a yoga teacher, I led meditation and so on, that was my daily work.
It was amazing. She put Williams meditation on and she said “You can just write down afterwards your normal land of plenty”. And I said, “What should I write after a meditation, I don’t know what she is talking about.” But I was so open and directly when I heard Williams voice, when it started, I said, “Oh my God, this is for me, exactly as she said”. So it was love at first sight, really with Natural Success.

After that, I was so deeply amazed, because she wrote down like 90% of my Land of Plenty. She just wanted to have this feeling, to see if she could do it – to go intuitively to another person’s Land of Plenty. And this was such an aha moment for her; and even more for me!
I did all the curriculum directly after, and I knew it was for me. So and this is also what I want to share with the world, this amazing work.

Yeah, that’s a great story! Imagine starting Create Your Destiny with a Land of Plenty. Boy, that’s amazing.

I didn’t know anything, but through my work; because you asked about my background; I had seen partially these things from my Land of Plenty. So many things… that I will have a yoga retreat and so on. I knew, and then I was so amazed to see this whole picture. I was so “ohh my God”. I directly subscribed and for all the rest (of the curriculum).
This is also a story I have to share – I’m a single mom with a child in Germany and this was during the Corona time (Covid pandemic) and I didn’t have any babysitters. No one.
And in Australia there were very strict restrictions on travel and it was the same in Germany and in Romania, but somehow I manifested I had to travel from Germany to Romania to have my family to take care of my child. It was so amazing – one day before my flight or one day after they changed the restriction, but I could go there without any problem. Because I placed myself into the vision I and I had no doubt exactly that this is it; I knew.
The Magic of the END RESULT

Yeah. We had a similar story moving back from Victoria to Queensland. Everything had been locked down and we just went through and then very shortly after we arrived, they shut the borders and people couldn’t get in for a really long time. People were stuck on the borders for months trying to get home to their house.
It’s amazing to be in the magic of the end result, isn’t it?

Yes! And to do it exactly! The bridges are so important really.

Ohh yeah! So true. What a great message.
Let’s go back to your business. What is it that you really love about how your work impacts lives of the people around you, the people you get to work with; even what you do within Natural Success because you’re obviously an active member of that community.
What lights you up about that?

First, exactly what you said – the lightness. What people have after a coaching session; it’s so empowering for them to be light. And when they say “boy, I feel so good”. For me, that is the end result – if the people are there in their visions and they know I can do it.
Although of course, things happen in life, and they don’t happen, but we still go back and so they have this force – I am a creator and I can refocus.
So this is for me the most important message that I always empower the people to know that they are the creators, no matter what we create we are the creators and if we want to change something we have a chance, always.
If we know the tools and if we respect them – of course the structure is important. But this is the most important message and if they feel light, then I’m light and I know I contributed something to their life.
And regards Natural Success, I’m active member, also as a moderator and for CYD. Whenever I can I’m there for this community because it’s so easy for me.
If you know it is you, then you are just there; and I love being in service and I love connecting with such great people like you and all the rest.
It’s amazing, this life; that you can create every day, something magical.

Yeah, very true. There’s something a little bit magical about collaborating and working with people who are within this structure and have that orientation. We’re all creating our own amazing lives, it just seems to be a community where there’s just no competition, there’s no competitiveness. We’re all uplifting each other.
What’s your opinion on that? What are you experiencing in terms of that.

I wouldn’t miss this for anything. Because it’s so important to have someone there, even to know the people are, let’s say, having the same structure as you said. And this uplift it’s so important for me. When I go into the moderators platform and I see so many people so empowering or sharing their stories.
As you said there is no competition at all between us because each has its own path. Why should we be in competition if we are all there?
This energy that is arising and it’s creating even more magic for even more people. It’s so important for me, this community, and also to know that you have someone you can talk to on the same level.
Yet without any judgement. But if you say to someone who did not take Natural Success course or doesn’t know about it, we have a Land of Plenty and you receive an intuitive message to do so thing for that person. It’s hard to understand, to go out of the, let’s say, logical mind, because sometimes the bridges are, from the logical point of view, not so logical.
Or you need the will to do them, or to step over some obstacles or whatever. And if you have a community and you say, “Hey, I received this bridge”, everyone will understand you.
For me, it provides so much support in my life. Throughout the last year, so much has changed the energy, everything, somehow my whole life.

Yeah, it’s amazing isn’t it.
So just a little question off the cuff.
What are you creating right now? What’s really exciting you about what you’re creating?
Is it your business? What is really singing to you?
I mean, they all do, I know that. And it’s a very holistic approach we take to bringing our Land of Plenty through, but what’s really calling to your heart right now.

Yeah, this is very true. It’s related to the business – I re-arranged my whole website. Before it was only yoga oriented and only yesterday I completed my website with my web designer who is also from the Natural Success community.
You see how it all connects somehow, and this is so amazing. Now I’m looking for a location to go to have some pictures and video and to create even more so this interview is perfect to share what I’m doing.
The structure of the website includes some courses and it’s expanding and this is what I’m working on right now.

Yeah, beautiful.
It’s lovely being in the unfolding of something – you get the sense it’s not quite there yet; I don’t even know what it is; when it’s gonna be there yet. But I’m. I’m stepping in and I’m exploring and it’s informing me as I go.
Yeah, it’s fantastic. Very good. I love that you just said we did a completion on the website.
The Genius of working with Creators
That’s another great aspect of working with other creators and it’s actually one of the reasons that Genius2U came into existence.
I thought how cool would it to be with, say an accountant, where you sit down and before you even get going you ask “What’s my end result with this? What are we going for together as two people creating an outcome? What are we creating?”
And then of course, you know at the other end doing a completion and being in the structure of it all so that we’re working geniously to create outcomes. Same for a bricklayer or a coach or anything. Why not?

Yes. Yeah, indeed.

So again, just being in business – and there are people here who are creating businesses and they haven’t stepped into it fully yet like yourself.
What would be the one piece of advice or the one thing that you wish you knew before creating your business? What would you give someone who’s got something they want to birth out of them, to bring into the world, to be of service, to use their genius. What would be the one thing that you would give?

The one thing! It’s very interesting. I would say to look if it’s from the heart space.
To check if its from your Land of Plenty or not. Let’s say it is from your Land of Plenty… So what I had to deal with, and this is what I want to share, is if you see one belief or something coming up, to refocus.
Because for me this belief of not being seen was super, super active, I have to say. To be small, I was keeping myself small. I was the last in the family.
I just opened myself up to the world the first time when I opened my Instagram, I had everything super close. I had a lot of people also in the yoga class because I was a teacher – it’s not that I was never ever in front of people and I love people. Also, I have another job where I’m project manager, so I have many relationships. But to open up, for everyone to be visible to everyone and to what I am doing. Whoa, this was, for me, such a moment like oof.
This is my advice.
If you feel it's really in your heart burning, then just do it!

Because after that it was so amazing and so many people wanted to see me. I was worried at the beginning about the comments and whatever, you know, the story of the ego. Nothing of this sort of thing happened.
Only the totally opposite side happened to me and I have so many friends and so many good people. Wow, it’s amazing because I had I overcome my egoic agenda. And if you feel that, then just open yourself to the whole world. Just put it out there because there are people on the same vibration that will come to you and that is my piece of advice to open up to the whole world.
When you have something which you know heart is burning for, you are a contribution to the world, for what you give. Then open up. Because it’s amazing. It’s an amazing experience I have to say.

Yeah, on empowerment, and this subject of keeping ourselves small and not to shine in the world. This is my last message – to shine bright, because we are perfect as we are and all the rest is just an illusion of beliefs and stories and whatever we tell ourselves. To bring this amazingness of what we are wherever we are – with our family, in society, on a podcast!
To allow yourself to be you! And then amazing things will come to you because you are this face and it’s fantastic.
